The Big Harbour Perk is unlocked upon reaching level 28 and increases the amount of fishing ships one harbour can hold. It also increases the health points of harbours. Additionally, fishing harbours gain a fishing ship upon construction.
Harbours have capacity for 2 additional fishing boats, have +100% more health and spawn with one boat on the water. Upgrading them to level 2 costs +3.
